Membership Policy

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to entrepreneurs, startups, business professionals, creators, and students who are interested in networking, collaboration, and growth.

  • Applicants must provide accurate personal and business details during registration.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline membership applications based on eligibility criteria.

2. Membership Plans

  • We offer multiple membership tiers (Free / Standard / Premium / Lifetime), each with different benefits.

Benefits may include:

✅ Invitations to events, webinars, and workshops
✅ Business listing in our member directory
✅ Discounts on IT, PR, and media services
✅ Referral rewards and commissions

3. Membership Fees & Payment

  • Membership fees (if applicable) must be paid in advance for the selected plan.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where services are not delivered as promised.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or PayPal.

4. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

  • Memberships are billed monthly, annually, or lifetime, depending on the plan chosen.

  • Renewal reminders will be sent 15 days before expiry.

  • Members can cancel anytime, but no refunds will be provided for partially used periods.

  • Lifetime membership is a one-time payment with no renewal required.

5. Member Responsibilities

By joining, members agree to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful communication with other members.

  • Avoid spam, misleading promotions, or offensive behavior.

  • Not misuse the community platform for illegal or unethical activities.

  • Protect login credentials and not share access with non-members.

6. Code of Conduct

  • We encourage a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and respect.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will lead to immediate suspension of membership.

  • Repeated violations may result in permanent ban without refund.

7. Data & Privacy

  • Member data will be used only for community, networking, and service purposes.

  • We will never sell or misuse member information.

8. Membership Termination

  • KP Global Business / Entrepreneur Jouryny reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships if a member:

    • Violates the code of conduct.

    • Misuses the platform for personal or illegal gain.

    • Fails to make timely payments.
