Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KP Global Business, we value our clients and strive to deliver high-quality services and experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our IT solutions, media production, community memberships, and other services.


1. Service-Based Projects (IT, Software, Zoho Solutions, Media Production)

  • Once a project is initiated and payment is received, refunds are generally not applicable.

  • If you cancel the project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative costs.

  • If significant work has been completed, only unused service portions (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Customized solutions, software development, and media production are non-refundable due to their tailored nature.


2. Community Memberships & Subscriptions

  • All membership fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once payment is made.

  • If you choose to cancel your membership, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Memberships can be canceled anytime from your account settings, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods.


3. Events, Webinars & Training Programs

  • Registrations for events, webinars, or training sessions are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

  • In case of event cancellation from our side, we will provide either a full refund or an option to reschedule/credit for a future event.


4. Referral Rewards & Discounts

  • Referral program benefits (discounts/commissions) are not refundable in cash.

  • Rewards are applied only as per the active referral terms at the time of participation.


5. Payment Disputes

  • In case of billing errors or disputes, please contact us within 7 working days of payment.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments made due to technical errors.

  • Services not delivered due to unforeseen internal issues.
