At KP Global Business and Entrepreneur Jouryny, we provide end-to-end IT solutions, including domain registration, server hosting, and renewals. This policy explains how we handle the purchase, renewal, transfer, and cancellation of servers and domains for our clients.
1. Domain Purchase Policy
Domains are registered in the client’s name (unless otherwise agreed).
Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded, changed, or transferred within the initial lock period (as per ICANN and registrar rules).
The client is responsible for providing correct details (name, email, organization, address) at the time of purchase.
2. Domain Renewal Policy
Domain renewals are billed annually (or as per the chosen term: 1, 2, 5, or 10 years).
Renewal reminders will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp at least 30 days before expiry.
Failure to renew on time may lead to domain suspension or permanent loss (if purchased by another party after expiry).
KP Global Business is not liable for domain loss if the client fails to renew despite reminders.
3. Server Purchase Policy
We offer shared, VPS, dedicated, and cloud hosting servers from trusted providers.
Server resources (RAM, CPU, storage, bandwidth) will be allocated based on the purchased plan.
Server purchase payments are non-refundable once provisioned.
4. Server Renewal Policy
Servers are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan.
Clients will receive renewal reminders 15 days in advance.
If payment is not received before the renewal date, the server may be suspended or deleted permanently.
Restoration of expired servers (if available) may involve additional reactivation fees.
5. Ownership & Access
Clients retain full ownership of their purchased domain and server (under their registered account).
KP Global Business may assist in managing DNS, hosting, and technical setup upon request.
For managed hosting, we may hold administrative access to ensure maintenance, security, and uptime.
6. Transfer & Cancellation
Domains can be transferred to another registrar after the ICANN lock period (usually 60 days).
Server cancellation requires 30 days prior notice before the renewal date.
No refunds will be processed for partially used subscription periods.
7. Late Payments & Grace Periods
Domains: Grace period is typically 7–15 days post-expiry (varies by registrar).
Servers: Grace period is up to 7 days after the due date.
During the grace period, services may be suspended until renewal is completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
KP Global Business is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service suspension caused by:
Late renewals by the client.
Registry/Registrar/Hosting provider policies.
External cyber-attacks or force majeure events.
